Terms of Use
In effect from 12 October 2026
The short version. SenIQ tells you what the news, filings and disclosures say about the things you hold. It is information, not investment advice. It does not place trades, and nothing it shows is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. Its data comes from other services and can be late, incomplete or wrong. Decisions you make with it are yours.
1. Using SenIQ
These terms are the agreement between you and SenIQ ("we", "us") for your use of this site and the app. By creating an account or using SenIQ you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use SenIQ. You must be at least 18 years old.
2. Not investment advice
- SenIQ is an information tool. We are not an investment adviser, research analyst, broker or dealer, and we are not registered as one with SEBI, the US SEC or any other regulator.
- Nothing in SenIQ is advice or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold a security, a cryptocurrency, a commodity or any other asset. That includes sentiment and impact scores, alerts, briefs, report cards, answers from Ask, IPO Watch, and anything about what funds, politicians or other investors have traded.
- SenIQ does not know your finances, goals or tolerance for loss. Speak to a qualified adviser before you act on anything you read here.
- Where strategy tools are available: a backtest is a calculation on past prices, and a paper deployment is a simulation with no real money. Neither places an order, and neither shows what a strategy will do in future. Past results do not predict future results.
3. Data and automated text
- Prices, news, filings and disclosures come from third parties. They can be delayed, incomplete, withdrawn or wrong, and we do not check each item.
- Some sources are late by design. Members of the US Congress may report a trade up to 45 days after making it, and a fund's 13F filing describes its holdings at the end of a quarter and is filed weeks later. SenIQ shows the dates it has.
- Sentiment readings, impact scores and the matching of a story to a company are worked out by software and can be mistaken.
- Briefs, alert explanations, report cards and Ask's answers may be written by an AI model. An AI model can state things that are not so. Check anything that matters against the source, which SenIQ links where it can.
4. Your account
- Give a real email address that you control. A new account must confirm its address before it can be used.
- Keep your password and any API keys to yourself. You are responsible for what is done through your account.
- An account is for one person. Tell us if you think someone else has used yours.
5. What you may not do
- Break the law with SenIQ, or use it to mislead others about a security or a market.
- Try to get into another person's account or data, or probe, overload or disrupt the service.
- Copy SenIQ's data in bulk, by scraping or otherwise, or resell or republish it. Where an API is offered, use it within its limits and with your own key.
- Get around the limits of your plan, or open several accounts to do so.
6. Plans
SenIQ has a free plan and may offer paid plans. What each plan includes, its limits and its price are shown in the app. Where a paid plan is offered, the price and the billing period are shown before you confirm. We may change plans, limits and prices; a change does not shorten a period you have already paid for.
7. What you put into SenIQ
Your holdings, the people and funds you follow, your strategies, your questions and your settings stay yours. You allow us to store and process them to run SenIQ for you. The Privacy Policy says how.
8. What belongs to others
The SenIQ software, design and name belong to us. Headlines and articles belong to their publishers; SenIQ shows a headline, a short summary and a link to the source. Filings and disclosures are public records of the bodies that publish them. Names of companies, funds and people are used only to identify them.
9. Availability
SenIQ is provided as it is. We try to keep it running and correct, and we make no promise that it will be available without interruption, free of errors, or that any feature will stay. An alert may arrive late or not at all: do not rely on SenIQ as your only way of watching a position.
10. Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss of money, profit or opportunity that follows from an investment or trading decision, from relying on anything shown in SenIQ, or from SenIQ being late, wrong or unavailable. Where liability cannot be excluded, ours to you is limited to the amount you paid us for SenIQ in the twelve months before the claim arose.
11. Ending your use
You can stop at any time and delete your account from your profile page, which removes your data as the Privacy Policy describes. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk.
12. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the version in effect. If a change is significant we will tell signed-in users in the app or by email before it applies. Using SenIQ after a change means you accept it.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing in them takes away a right you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
